Life Transitions
Life Transitions
Life is full of turning points some expected, others sudden. Even when a change is chosen, it can bring uncertainty, loss, or a sense of disorientation.
Transitions like menopause, divorce, children leaving home, career changes, or moving to a new place can quietly shake the foundation of who we thought we were.
You may find yourself asking, “What now?” or even, “Who am I, if I’m not who I was before?”
These periods of change can stir up grief, fear, loneliness, and sometimes guilt for not “coping better.” Old patterns or insecurities may resurface.
It’s easy to feel like you’re supposed to have it all figured out but often, what we need most is permission to pause, feel, and make meaning of what’s shifting.
In our sessions we offer a space to honour what you’re leaving behind, to soften into the discomfort of not knowing, and to reconnect with your inner compass.
Together, we make room for the full range of emotions, without rushing to fix them.
You’ll have space to reflect on what matters now, and gently explore how to move forward in a way that’s grounded, flexible, and true to who you’re becoming.
You don’t need to have answers before reaching out. You just need to begin with what’s here, and allow the next chapter to unfold from there.
