About

about me

I am a psychosocial counsellor with a MA in Counselling from Webster University and registered with the Swiss Association for Counseling (SGfB).

Reclaim Counselling is a space where clients can reclaim what has been lost, whether it is peace, confidence, a sense of safety, or connection to themselves. The mission is to support clients in finding their way back to a fuller, more authentic experience of life, even after periods of struggle, overwhelm, or uncertainty.

I work with teenagers and adults of all ages, supporting clients through different life stages, transitions, and challenges. Sessions are offered in English and German, online or in person in Zurich. My approach is primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrated with Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This allows me to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs, helping them navigate emotions, build resilience and psychological flexibility, and reconnect with what matters most to them.

I am also a counsellor with International Counselling GmbH, working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and part of the neurodivergent assessment team at the Neurodiversity Support Network Switzerland (nsns), contributing to adult autism and ADHD assessments.

In my work, I aim to create space for clients to be more fully themselves, with understanding, self-compassion, and self-acceptance, while supporting them to work through challenges and move toward a healthier, fuller life.

I’m looking forward to connecting with you and beginning this journey with you.
